Can I browse without GPS?+
Yes. Choose a supported area, or browse published stores without precise GPS. Your delivery address is checked separately.
Can I shop from more than one store?+
Yes, you can discover multiple stores. The existing platform places orders store by store; each store has its own checkout.
Are demo orders real?+
No. Every demo shop, product and order is fictional. Demo actions never charge money, assign a courier or change live inventory.
Why can’t I place a live web order yet?+
The new customer website is in preview while authoritative tax, delivery and order round trips are verified. Live order placement is intentionally closed.
Where are my notifications?+
The account page displays the existing platform’s recent notifications. It does not send duplicate messages or claim email delivery.
How can I get account or order support?+
Use the platform’s existing support channel. Give your order reference privately; never share passwords, verification codes or card details.
